No Power ≠ No Post
Just a brief, fairly tangentally related to Australia post for the evening...
Unfortunately some large storms moved through earlier this evening, knocking out trees and power throughout the area. We fared well (with just a few branches and limbs down), but it looks like we might be without power for some time. I suppose that means I will be turning in abnormally early to bed, ending too soon what was shaping up to be a very productive day of trip preparation. Alas, it is just a reaffirmation that I shouldn't break character and get trip-related things done too ahead of schedule.
